Our clients also include insurance organisations that provide the service as a benefit to their policyholders, often in conjunction with our legal expenses insurance policies.

All calls are carefully logged and we report regularly on the usage and time spent.

We can answer the telephone in the name of the organisation concerned and we can supply plastic cards and other promotional material if required.
